Breath Class


Description:
Breath Class is a unique form of deep breathing, toning (letting out sound), meditation and group sharing. The class is around 2 hours in length and is taken while lying down under blankets for warmth and comfort. Class size is small with a maximum group size of 7.  During the class Karen will do body mapping (tapping on specific pressure points) on you to help release any emotional trauma you may have stored in your body. 

Class Schedule:
Wednesday and Friday: 6:30 pm to 9 pm


What to Expect:
Breath class is a very unique experience to each individual. Everyone and every time is unique. The best approach is to have no expectations.  Come with comfortable cloths, an open mind and enjoy the journey.


Post Breath Class:
Breath Class is similar to having a deep tissue massage. It works out many emotions and toxins in your body. Like massage it is best to drink plenty of water for a few days after class.
